During peak seasons — especially the fall and holiday baking months — processing times may extend slightly due to increased order volume. We always work diligently to ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care your pecans deserve.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
Louisiana Pecan Shelling is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed, we will do our best to assist.
Additional shipping fees may apply for address corrections or reshipments.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully pack every shipment, but if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
